Indonesian boxer Sofyan Effendi was lost by unanimous decision in the PABA mini lightweight title match in Bangkok, Thailand, December 28, 2007 against home's Kwanthai Chor Nor Pattalung.Actually in round 6, according to Effendi's manager, Erick Pirih, Effendi knocked down Pattalung, and the Thai boy was conted to ten before he could get up. But the referee didn't consider it as a knock out, and the break between rounds 6 and 7 was exceeding 1 minute.
"I couldn't complain anything at that time, as the PABA supervisor was a Thai as well," said Pirih.
