WBO Asia Pacific jr. welterweight interim champion and WBO #10 Daudy Bahari (36-1-1, 18 KOs) has accepted a fight in Germany for the WBO Intercontinental jr. welterweight title against the defending champion and WBO # 1 Willy Blain of France (18-0, 3 KOs) on April 26. Bahari, the son of Indonesian promoter Daniel Bahari, was a long time jr. welterweight PABA champion, before turning to WBO in September last year. "This is the very best opportunity for Daudy to get closer to the WBO world championship," said Pino Bahari, Daudy's manager and brother. "We just follow where the wind blows," joked Pino when asked why accepting the offer in Germany.Monday, February 18 2008
